The house, which initially functioned as a warehouse for a roofing company for over a century, meticulously preserves the essence of its industrial heritage. With its authentic warehouse ambiance, the spacious rear area retains its storied past. Meanwhile, the brick-box exterior serves as a testament to its history. Additionally, a new room on the roof, discreetly nestled behind the third floor, seamlessly marries old and new.

With its historical significance, the front of the house maintains a conservative, heritage-driven architectural approach. Throughout the renovation, the focus remains on maximizing natural light. Strategically placed skylines flood the interiors with sunlight, creating a warm and inviting ambiance that complements the house's unique blend of history and modernity.

Throughout the renovation, a key focus has been harmonizing the interior spaces with the beautiful garden outside. Abundant use of glass allows for a seamless connection between the indoors and the outdoors, inviting the lush greenery and serene surroundings into every corner of the house. This integration with nature enhances the overall aesthetics and creates a tranquil and rejuvenating environment that makes this house truly special.
