This two-story dwelling ingeniously utilizes the terrain's varying elevations, sinking the garage down into the hill to efficiently use the land's unique features. At the core of the design lies the double-height social area, featuring a striking staircase that connects spaces and fosters a spacious and inviting atmosphere, perfect for gatherings and social interactions. The design emphasizes a distinctive aesthetic by keeping the walls and roof as independent elements, creating a modern architectural statement. Warm wood accents envelop the interiors, ensuring each room exudes a welcoming and cozy ambiance.
